The key to becoming successful in dance is
like any other sport or activity. It requires practice.
Consider an example of going out for a round of golf. The first
few times you try this sport, you may be able to hit the ball and have
an enjoyable time, but if you want to be good at it, you must work for
it. Even the natural talents in any sport must put in hours of
practice and training... Tiger Woods for one.
Ballroom dancing is an activity that
involves a workout for your body, mind and soul - it can be light or as
vigorous as you want. All aspects of dance may not come
immediately to you, but you can certainly have fun while working towards
getting there. Practice hard and reap the benefits of this very
social pastime!
Friday Night Social Parties
The ideal way to wind down your stressful
week and kick up your heels for the weekend.
No other Calgary studio can compare to the
atmosphere that is created in our main ballroom. Come enjoy a
fantastic experience on a beautiful hardwood floor, with superb music,
sound, professional DJ lighting and friendly people.
Two 45 minute Group Classes.
Begins at 7:00 and 7:45pm.
(3 levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced) Party 'til you drop
8:30pm to 12:00am $11.00/person includes
group class, party and refreshments. $8.00/person for party
only (includes refreshments)

Practice" for years. Come see why we've been so successful.
Share in the energy with uplifting music, fun people and the occasional
"spotlight performance" by our members.
A group class is taught prior to the party
(class is part of our regular
scheduled
